Call for Nominations for D130 District Officers (2025-2026)
Dear Toastmasters,
On behalf of District 130 Toastmasters International, it is my pleasure to invite nominations from the active members to serve as District Officers for the Toastmasters year 2025-2026. Nominations for the following positions are invited:
- District Director
- Program Quality Director
- Club Growth Directors
- Division Directors (Divisions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L)
Nominations for the Area Director position will be invited separately at a later point in time.
How to Nominate:
To submit a nomination, kindly complete the following steps:
- Gather all the necessary documents listed below with all forms completed:
- District Leader Nominating Form
- Candidate Application
- Officer Agreement and Release Statement
- District Leader Biographical Information Form
- List of Club/District Offices held previously (screenshot from your Toastmasters Profile)
- A recent passport-size photograph (to be used for the report, district website, or social media, if nominated)

- On successful submission, you receive an immediate confirmation email which you forward at once to district130dlc23.24@gmail.com and cc valeriesiene@gmail.com
To ensure your nomination is considered, please submit it not later than 31 January 2025—late submissions will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Candidates intending to run from the floor must also complete the nomination process. Only those who submit their nominations and undergo the evaluation process conducted by the District Leadership Committee (DLC) are eligible to run from the floor during the annual District Council meeting.
- To repeat nominations must be submitted by 31 January 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted for any candidate.
