The Pathways learning experience is an interactive and flexible education program created by Toastmasters International. It’s not just about strengthening your communication and leadership skills, it’s also about having fun with others in the process. Who said learning can’t be enjoyable?

The Pathways learning experience offers a flexible approach to learning. The contents, available in English, French, and Portuguese, are online, giving you the power to learn at your own pace and convenience anytime, anywhere. You’re in control of your learning journey.

With 11 specialized learning paths, you can tailor your experience to build over 300 unique skillset competencies, including:

  • Public speaking
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Strategic leadership
  • Management
  • Self-confidence.

Toastmasters is not just about speaking; itโ€™s also about leadership. Members can take on various roles within the club and district, such as:

Toastmasters speech contests are an exciting part of our program. They provide an opportunity for members to compete and showcase their speaking skills. Contests are held at the club, area, division, and district levels, culminating in the World Championship of Public Speaking. Contest categories typically include:

  • Table Topics (Impromptu Speaking)

Afterwork is a weekly program by the Toastmasters Leadership Institute designed to help members unwind and improve their communication and leadership skills in a relaxed, informal setting. Each session focuses on different aspects of personal and professional development, including:

  • Guest speakers
  • Networking opportunities
  • Open discussions on various topics
